- Experienced, educated and efficient mean lower fees. Our staff is educated and experienced, we can come in and get your bookkeeping needs satisfied quickly and easily saving you time and money.
- Month to Month and save 25%. A month to month agreement saves you money and helps with budgeting since your annual costs are averaged down to a fixed monthly rate. This also helps us with our budgeting and so we provide a 25% discount off of our usual service fees. Many bookkeeping services nickel and dime clients with additional fees and charges; with a month to month contract you can avoid unexpected fees. Additional benefits include no extra charges for audits, preparation of quarterly or annual forms, or mobile services.
- First Month Free. Customers who sign up for month-to-month services get the first month of bookkeeping free. This can be especially helpful for clients who have gotten several months behind.
- We can do as much or as little as you need. We can train you or your staff to enter sales, cash disbursements, run payroll and sales tax monthly and then visit your office quarterly to reconcile bank accounts and file your sales and payroll tax reports. This allows for the correction of any employee-made mistakes prior to filing forms.
